About IREA
|
 Raffi Krikorian, the Firm's founder,
has been in the investment real estate industry since
1986. Prior to that he was involved in international
banking for ten years, holding various executive
positions both in the U.S. and abroad with First
Interstate Bank in Los Angeles, California and First City
Bankcorporation in Houston, Texas.

transaction valued at $19.76 mil, or $166/sf. The center is anchored by
a Raley’s supermarket and is located at 8343-8397 Folsom Blvd, east of
the I-5 at the northwest corner of Folsom and Julliard Dr.
